Oxygen combustion technology for aluminum melting

It improves production capacity without increasing dross or NOx while enriching oxygen.

Traditionally, the use of oxygen combustion in aluminum melting furnaces has been considered difficult due to concerns such as the generation of aluminum dross. However, our original oxygen combustion program enables oxygen enrichment without increasing the generation of aluminum dross or the concentration of NOx in exhaust gases, contributing to improved productivity. Additionally, by using the specially developed "A Burner" (low NOx pure oxygen burner) for non-ferrous melting, it is also possible to transition to more efficient all-oxygen combustion. 【Oxygen Enrichment】 - Increased production speed The space in the furnace that was occupied by nitrogen gas is reduced, allowing for more fuel to be injected. - Reduced combustion losses The unnecessary heat loss due to nitrogen gas in the exhaust is decreased.
